Our Company Policy
As a consumer, you have numerous shopping options. We appreciate this opportunity to serve you. Our primary goal
is to provide you a pleasurable shopping experience. We believe that customer loyalty is earned and should never be
taken for granted. As a company, we are committed to achieving that goal.
OUR GUARANTEE:
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we ship is warranted to have the look and value
represented on our site. If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered
product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full
refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.
Payment:
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Your credit card will be
charged at the point of purchase online.
Returns:
All products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced or refunded if they arrive damaged. (We reserve the right
to have the gift inspected by the carrier.) Due to the perishable nature of our gift selections, please do not return the
item. If the gift you received does not meet your expectations, please report it within three (3) business days of receipt
for a replacement or a complete refund.
Claims for credit, due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur any additional
fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.
A complete shipping address includes:
- Recipient’s first and last name
- Company address (if applicable)
- Street name and number
- Floor- Suite – or Apartment number
- Accurate zip code
- Recipient’s telephone number
Late-Delivery:
A limited guarantee is implied for all 2-day and overnight shipments. If the parcel carrier fails to deliver your package
on the requested day, your shipping charges will be refunded. Our refund policy does not cover:
- Acts of God (includes weather),
- An act of war
- Ground shipments (arrival dates are estimated)
- High seasonal shipping volume (such as Christmas)
Substitutions:
We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products. At times, Mother Nature can be unpredictable. If due to crop failure
or poor weather conditions a particular flower, plant, or color choice is not available, we reserve the right to substitute with
another fresh selection of equal or greater value. At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued.
As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions with items of equal or greater value.
Shipping:
We offer numerous shipping options.
- UPS Ground
- Over-night
- Second Day Air
- Express 2-3 day
Currently, gift baskets are the only items that can be shipped UPS Ground or Express. Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated
and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the
number of days in transit. Our order entry system is programmed to calculate the approximate arrival date for ground shipments. If a
specific arrival date is required, we suggest either overnight or 2-day. To insure freshness, cut flowers must be shipped Over-night. A
special reduced rate for all fresh flower shipments is offered. All other gift selections are shipped Second Day or Over-night.
Orders placed by 12 noon EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon EST are shipped the next business day. For example,
if you place an order after 12 noon on Friday, that order would not ship until the following Monday.
We are unable to ship to the following destinations:
- P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
- APO / FPO (military addresses)
- Alaska & Hawaii
- Internationally
Also, state agricultural restrictions in Arizona and California prevent shipping certain plant material. Our order entry system will
identify the restricted items.
Wine Sales
All wine, liquor, and other alcoholic beverage products listed on the Retail Partner website are sold and delivered from AKA. All terms and conditions
of sale established by AKA from time-to-time are binding on the Consumer. The terms and conditions can be located at:

The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
A Total Basket Case does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you swear and affirm that you are over the age of
21. A Total Basket Case makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using
this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from A Total Basket Case is over the age of 21. You
also agree that any alcohol purchased from A Total Basket Case is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with
these conditions of use please do not use this site. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol
to a person under the age of 21 A Total Basket Case will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. In the State of Connecticut Chatham
Fine Wines and Liquor provides alcoholic beverages. In the State of Michigan Lo Spuntino, Inc., provides alcoholic beverages.
Parental Control Protections
As required by the Communications Decency Act of 1996, A Total Basket Case hereby notifies you that parental control protections (such as computer
hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist you in limiting access to Content that may be harmful to
minors. Among the many companies that provide Internet blocking and screening software are CyberPatrol, NetNanny, SurfWatch, and GuardOne. A Total
Basket Case does not sponsor or endorse any of these companies or their services.
Protection of Content Provided by A Total Basket Case and Its Licensors

environment for any purpose. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the Site Content will automatically terminate, you must immediately
